This Cigar Pen uses spalted Jatoba wood barrel has interesting spalt patterns in the wood. Jatoba, also know as Brazialian Cherry, is native in Central America, southern Mexico, northern South America, and the West Indies. This beautiful pen barrel is finished with a Walnut oil and shellac friction polish combined with a wax. Then as a final step a several coats of a carnauba paste wax applied on the lathe for a brilliant, long lasting protective layer.
